Starting at Mount Antero Trailhead, take the 4WD road (CR277) for about 2.8 miles uphill towards Baldwin Lakes along Baldwin Creek. At the 2.8 mile mark, turn right onto a dirt trail and continue another 1.7 miles until you reach the Lower and Middle Baldwin Lakes. Continue on the trail up another steep climb to reach Upper Baldwin Lake.

The lake is home to native Cutthroat trout that don't see much pressure throughout the year. Fishing is best with wet flies or salmon eggs.
